Dallas has been blessed with 20 years of faithful ministry by our Pastors. In our loving church, the relationships go far beyond the simple Pastor-Lay Person association. Lasting friendships are developed. When a pastor leaves a congregation with which he has deep emotional ties, like Pastors Brad and Pam Fussell, this process takes time and sometimes a transitional team is needed to keep the church moving forward. In our current season at Dallas First Assembly we are now blessed with a team of Pastors to help guide us through the upcoming months.
Pastor Brian Campbell
Pastor Brian Campbell, a native of Ohio, was saved at age 17 and shortly thereafter felt a call to ministry which led him to Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla. It was there he met his wife Jamie, and they were married in 1980. They began their full-time ministry in North Carolina and spent 25 years there and pastored two churches. Brian also served as an Executive Presbyter for the North Carolina District. In 2007, while they were enjoying the greatest harvest of their ministry, God called the Campbell’s to make a change. In December 2007, they became lead pastors of Calvary Church in Dunwoody, Georgia.
In 2017, a huge transition came their way. After 35 years of pastoral ministry, Brian and Jamie moved into a mission’s role and started BJC Missions Ambassador. Brian is honored to represent Life Publishers and Fire Bible. He leads pastor vision teams as well as preach/speak as a Fire Bible ambassador. In addition, Brian travels and speaks on his favorite topic, generosity, especially toward missions.
